4. Privacy and Data Processing
FileStitcher operates completely offline and does not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data or documents.
- All PDF processing happens locally on your device
- No documents are uploaded to our servers or any third-party services
- No user accounts, email collection, or tracking mechanisms
- No analytics, cookies, or monitoring software included
5. Payment and Refunds
FileStitcher is sold as a one-time purchase through secure payment processors.
- All sales are final unless the Software has material defects
- Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase

- No subscription fees or recurring charges
6. Software Updates
We may provide updates to improve functionality, security, or compatibility. Updates are provided at our discretion and may require re-download. Your license includes access to updates for the major version you purchased.
7. System Requirements

- macOS 10.14 (Mojave) or later
- Sufficient disk space for processing large PDF files
- Admin privileges for initial installation
You are responsible for ensuring your system meets these requirements. We are not liable for compatibility issues with unsupported systems.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
